Fiorucci Hot Sopressata is similar in style to salami but presents a coarser grind that’s delicately seasoned with whole peppercorns, garlic, and paprika. Featuring cured, fermented and air-dried pork, our Hot Sopressata boasts both zesty and tangy flavors from a blend of authentic Italian spices and fiery paprika, and natural white and black pepper.

This robust, convenient, ready-to-eat product is great on its own or highlighted atop homemade bread, paired with Asiago cheese or incorporated into your favorite polenta or risotto recipe.

Pre-Sliced Hot Sopressata contains 240 slices per package, each roughly 2.5” in diameter. The pre-sliced format is ideal for the foodservice industry, with virtually no additional labor cost, perfect portion control, and a resealable package to help minimize food waste and maintain freshness.
