Sensory Specifications

Prosciutto is slowly aged, dry-cured with only sea salt, and reddish-pink to mahogany in color, with fine marbling of white fat. The prosciutto texture is buttery soft and smooth, with an aroma of sweet melon notes. Black truffle cheese is creamy white, seasoned with real black truffles, and features a robust aroma that pairs perfectly with the mild prosciutto.
