Chorizo Cantimpalo

Sweet pimentón is used in our Italian chorizo to create its wonderfully balanced, sweet and smoky flavor. Our chorizo is perfect for cooking or on sandwiches.

Spanish-Style Pizza


1 (16-ounce) pizza dough ball, thawed if necessary
All-purpose flour and cornmeal for dusting
2/3 cup marinara sauce
1-1/2 cups shredded Manchego cheese
1 cup Chorizo Charcuterie Slices
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup thinly sliced roasted
Red peppers
1/4 cup sliced Spanish olives
1/4 cup fresh curly parsley
2 tablespoons aged sherry vinegar (optional)


Roll out dough to a 12-inch round on a floured work surface; transfer to a pizza pan or sheet tray sprinkled with cornmeal. Spread crust with sauce; top with remaining ingredients except parsley and vinegar. Bake at 500°F until crust is golden brown and cheese melts, about 15 minutes. Serve pizza sprinkled with parsley drizzled with vinegar, if desired.
