12 pieces cantaloupe (1-inch cubes)
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp paprika
6 slices Fiorucci Prosciutto
Prep: 30 minutes | Cook: 5 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes
Soak 12 cocktail toothpicks in water for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, toss cantaloupe with honey and paprika. Cut each slice prosciutto in half lengthwise. Wrap cantaloupe cubes with prosciutto and secure with toothpicks.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill prosciutto and cantaloupe bites, turning, for 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly charred.
Tip: Serve with lemon or lime wedges if desired.
