Salami and Blue Cheese Crostini with Walnuts

Ingredients
20 baguette slices (1/4-inch thick, sliced diagonally)
20 slices Fiorucci Uncured Italian Dry Salami
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts
2 tbsp honey

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Arrange baguette slices in single layer on baking sheet. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Fold salami slices in half; place one slice over each toast. Sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts. Drizzle evenly with honey.
Tip: Serve the crostini with a glass of Chardonnay.
