Some call pancetta the “Italian bacon” – but the flavor is so richly different, it’s a comparison you’ll forget at first taste. The secret to our pancetta is the preparation. We rub each ham with spices, then marinate and age it for a one-of-a-kind, savory-sweet flavor.
Roasted Chicken and Pancetta
Ingredients
- 6 Chicken thighs
- 1 cup Pancetta
- 2 lb. Potatoes red baby new
- 1 bulb Garlic broken into cloves
- 1 tsp. Sage ground
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Cracked black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients
- Place into a foiled baking tray. Make sure the chicken has the skin facing up
- Bake for 35min 425f
