Pancetta Pizza


Pizza dough

  • 2 ½ lb. Flour (strong)
  • 14g/2 sachet of Yeast dry
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 22 oz. Water warm
  • 1 tbsp. Sea Salt


  • Tomato sauce
  • 4 oz. Pancetta dice
  • 2 large Portabella mushroom dice
  • 4 balls Mozzarella sliced
  • 4oz. Parmesan cheese grated
  • Cracked black pepper


Pizza Dough

  1. Mix yeast, sugar with ½ cup water to dissolve
  2. In a mixer with a dough hook add flour, salt, olive oil, mix slowly
  3. Now slowly add yeast mix, extra water. Mix evenly
  4. In a greased bowl put the dough in a warm place to rise, cover with cling wrap to prevent drying
  5. When the dough has doubled in size, knock it back and shape into a pizza base

Assembling Pizza

  1. Layer on base starting with tomato sauce moving down the ingredients and cook at 450f for 15min
