Charcuterie Pan Pizza

Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray
All-purpose flour for dusting

  • 1 fresh pizza dough ball (16 ounces)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package (6 ounces) Fiorucci® Charcuterie Variety Pack (Sopressata, Prosciutto & Italian Dry Salami), chopped
  • 1 package (4 ounces) Fiorucci® Pre-Sliced Pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 (8-ounce) package sliced white mushrooms
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • Chopped fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)

Directions

Prep: 20 minutes | Bake: 15 minutes | Serves: 6

Preheat oven to 450°; spray 12 x 18-inch cake pan with cooking spray. On lightly floured work surface, roll or stretch dough ball into 12 x 18-inch rectangle; carefully transfer to prepared pan and poke several times with fork to vent. 

Leaving 1/2-inch border, spread dough with sauce; top with cheese, variety pack, pepperoni, mushrooms and onion. Bake pizza 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut pizza into 12 pieces.

Serve pizza garnished with rosemary, if desired.
