Blue Cheese Stuffed Figs


Prosciutto is Italy’s elegant expression of ham. Ours is hand-selected, hand-trimmed and carefully aged to give it a lightly salty, floral flavor. It’s as beautiful on the plate as it is on your palate.

Blue Cheese Stuffed Figs


  • 3 figs (semi-ripe)
  • 3 Prosciutto slices
  • Blue Cheese
  • Arugula (hand full)


  1. Cross cut the figs from the top down, squeeze them, similar to a cook baked potato
  2. Push blue cheese into the cross
  3. Fold the Prosciutto in half length-wise and wrap around the top  ¾ of the figs
  4. Bake in the oven for 12 min at 400F
  5. Serve with dressed arugula
