Blue Cheese Stuffed Figs
Ingredients
- 3 figs (semi-ripe)
- 3 Prosciutto slices
- Blue Cheese
- Arugula (hand full)
Directions
- Cross cut the figs from the top down, squeeze them, similar to a cook baked potato
- Push blue cheese into the cross
- Fold the Prosciutto in half length-wise and wrap around the top ¾ of the figs
- Bake in the oven for 12 min at 400F
- Serve with dressed arugula
