Prosciutto, Blue Cheese & Apple Bruschetta:
3 ounces blue cheese crumbles
1 honey crisp apple, cored and finely chopped
1/2 cup Prosciutto Crumbles
1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar
For Serving:
24 slices French baguette
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped chives
For serving, brush 3 baguette slices with 1/2 tablespoon oil; toast on a quarter sheet tray at 450°F until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Top each baguette slice with 1-1/2 tablespoons Prosciutto Crumbles, Blue Cheese & Apple Bruschetta and 1/2 tablespoon chives.
