For Serving:
For serving, whisk 1 tablespoon oil and 1/2 tablespoon vinegar in a bowl; add 1 cup romaine, 1/2 cup each radicchio and mixed greens, 1/4 cup tomatoes, 2 tablespoons each cherry peppers, olives and onion. Toss salad well with tongs; serve topped with 1/4 cup crumbles, sprinkled with 1 tablespoon parsley and 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper.
